Northfield Township, Michigan

This first version was unpopular for numerous reasons, especially aesthetics. 

The long, nearly unbroken front facade of the building lacks visual interest.
 

This second version – the product of a court negotiated consent judgement – provides more visual interest and appeal.

The township must address the enormous cost of upgrading the US23/N. Territorial intersection before construction can begin.
