The DDA is calling all businesses to apply for our grant facade improvement program.  We have funds available to grant to qualifying businesses.  If you are within the DDA district and would like to make facade improvements click here to download an application for your project.  The packet contains all the guidlines, how to qualify and how your application will be scored.  Act soon, deadline for the 2012 applications is February 29, 2012.  Last year we had one successful project completed at Michigan Energy Services and one of our applicants declined to undertake the project at this time so we have funds available to grant.
