Please be advised that both the 6 Mile Road Bridge and the NB US-23 exit ramp to 6 Mile Rd will be open by Saturday, September 2nd (And the whole town CHEERS!!!!!) There is a possibility it will be open sooner, (possibly later today), but we wanted to get an update out and at this time can only be certain that both will open by tomorrow. Thank you for your patience.
Six Mile Road Culvert
The culvert repair on Six Mile road is complete, and Six Mile Road is again open to through traffic. (more CHEERING!!!)
Ramp Closure: NB US-23 Exit 52 to Barker Rd
Expect a ramp closure for storm sewer reconstruction.

Detour: Exit 50 to NB Main St.
Joy Road Bridge
Starting 8/9, Joy Road over US-23 will reopen with traffic maintained using a temporary signal.
The roadway was closed late last week due to high load hit at the bridge that damaged one of the beams over southbound US-23.
The temporary signal will remain in place until the damaged beam can be replaced.
Warren Rd Bridge
Warren Road, just south of Joy Road, also has traffic maintained on the bridge over US-23 with a temporary signal. Warren Road is expected to be fully open in the next two weeks.
Ramp Closure: NB US-23 exit ramp to 8 Mile Road will be CLOSED
The NB US-23 exit ramp to 8 Mile Road is scheduled to close beginning on Aug 19th at 8pm until approximately Oct 31st.
- The posted detour is to use the Barker Road exit (Exit 52), the east to Main Street, then north to 8 Mile Rd.
As always, we appreciate your patience.
