As the new Chief of Police for Northfield Township, I would like to thank everyone for the warm welcome I have received. The police department has been in "good hands,"
and I look forward to the continuation of a strong working relationship
between the community and the Northfield Township Police.
The voters, along with the Township Board of Trustees, have provided us with a new public safety building, which will greatly assist us in providing the best service possible to the community. I have included below a new Mission Statement for the Police Department. The Northfield Township Police Department is dedicated to the preservation of peace, the fair and equal enforcement of the law, the protection of citizens and service to the community. We are committed to help maintain a high quality of life in the community, while practicing the highest level of integrity in our workforce. Carl Watkins |
