Traffic Enforcement Request Form
Use this form for any special request that you have regarding a traffic problem in your area. All requests will be forwarded to the on-duty patrol officers. Understand that situations may arise which could detain or prevent a request, but be assured that every reasonable effort will be made by the on-duty officers to give special attention to that area.
