If you want to laugh and learn something along the way about health related topics join this fun monthly program.  Annie, registered nurse and writer for the Courant will greet us with a different health topic each month.  Bring your health questions to this unstructured and fun event.

Bring your laptop or use ours to class.  Bring a notebook and your questions.  We are offering a basic computer class so you can learn how to use your computer and get more out of it.  You will learn basic skills and be able to practice them.

Clowning with Nora

Join us for a fun morning, learning what it takes to be a clown.  Nora Post will share her many years of clowning and teach us how to make animal baloons.  She will have several clown costumes from the Detroit Parade Company on display for us to see.  We will have coffee/tea and breakfast treats.

AARP Driver Safety Renewal Class
9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
FREE to Michigan Residents
AARP is offering a renewal certification class to those who have already completed the Driver Safety refresher course three years ago.  Every three years you need to renew your certificate to keep it valid.  In order to keep your multiyear discount with your insurance carrier you need to attend a renewal class.  RSVP by May 23

No FEE
You or your spouse may be entitled to VA benefits that you are not aware of.  Join us as Jennifer Atkins, assistant State Service Officer from Veterans of Foreigm Wars Department of Michigan shares with us the many veterans benefits that you are entitled to.  She will discuss common questions regarding VA benefits and have ample time for your questions.  Jennifer can assist in filing claims and help you one on one a a later date.  RSVP by June 13
