This new payment option, CREDIT CARDS, is part of our commitment to provide our residents with a high level of customer service and convenience. This new service allows our customers to make their payments 24 hours a day and seven days a week from the comfort of their home or workplace - anywhere they have access to a telephone or the Internet.

Official Payments Corp. charges users a convenience fee for processing credit card transactions via phone or internet. The fee schedule can be found on the Internet at www.officialpayments.com. For example, a customer who owed a sewer bill of $45.00 would find a total of $48.00 on their credit card statement; a tax bill of $1,000.00 would find a total of $1,035.00. American Express, MasterCard, Discover and VISA are the credit cards accepted by the program. Residents using credit cards with bonus rewards programs can, depending on their card’s program, earn rewards, points and cash-back on airline frequent flyer miles for paying their sewer service or tax bills.
