Kiwanis Christmas Tree Sales
Fridays: 3:00-6:00pm     Sundays & Saturdays: 12:00-5:00pm

Kiwanis is celebrating 75 years with 75 trees!  Sales begin the day after Thanksgiving and will occur on the weekends through December until the last tree is sold.  $50 per tree.  All proceeds benefit the 4th of July parade and the Kiwanis Foundation.

Join us for Live Music, Food Trucks, a Photo Booth and a Guest Appearance by Frosty the Snowman!  All are Welcome!

Northfield Township Area Library’s Annual Holiday Tree Lighting
Tuesday, December 6th at 6:45pm
125 Barker Rd.
Come to the Northfield Township Area Library to listen to the Whitmore Lake High School Band play some classic holiday songs. But keep your eyes to the north as Santa will be arriving to light our holiday tree. Dress warmly for this outdoor event.
No registration required   

Twinkle the Town     
Wednesday, December 14 beginning at 6:30PM
The 3rd annual Twinkle the Town encourages residents and businesses to decorate for the holidays and share their addresses to A map of addresses will be made available the day of at the Whitmore Lake Elementary School, Northfield Township Community Center and on Facebook so everyone can drive around and take in the festivities.
New this year: PRIZE MONEY for best decorated houses thanks to our gracious sponsor, PLANTED .
Event sponsored by the WLPS PTO, Whitmore Lake DDA, Northfield Township Community Center, Planted and Living Water Church. 

Santa’s Mailbox—Letters to Santa
November 29—December 15

Stop by the Northfield Township Community Center and drop off your letter to Santa in our Letters to Santa mailbox any time through December 15th! Letters will be delivered to the North Pole and Santa will send a personal note to your home! 
Please remember to include your address to help out the Postal Elves!
Responses to letters dropped off after Dec. 15th will be delivered to the Community Center by Hans the Holiday Elf. Please include
a contact number or email, so we can let you know when your letter has arrived.

Mitten Tree

The Northfield Township Community Center’s Mitten Tree is ready to be decorated with your  donations of newly purchased or hand-made winter hats, scarves, earmuffs, gloves, mittens, socks, etc. The deadline for donations is Dec. 6.  Call (734) 449-2295 for more information.   All Mitten Tree donations go to Adopt-a-Family and other local charities.
