Board of Trustees Vacancy

Northfield Township Trustee Joshua Nelson submitted his resignation to the Board of Trustees at the December 13, 2022 board meeting. The Board is now accepting letters of interest for this open seat. To serve as Township Trustee, individuals must be an elector of Northfield Township, defined as someone 18 years of age, who is a U.S. citizen and has lived at least 30 days in the township for which they will serve. Letters of Interest can be sent to the Township Office via email or delivered to the township office (8350 Main St., Whitmore Lake).  Letters must be received in our office by 4:30pm on Friday, January 6, 2023.  The board will vote to appoint a new trustee at their January 10, 2023 Board Meeting.
