The Northfield Township Senior Connect Program is a collaboration between the Northfield Township Police Department, the Northfield Township Senior Center, and Northfield Township senior residents.
The goal is to support our local seniors by making contact to check their well-being, address any concerns or problems in the community, and ensure they are receiving all the services available to them. Having this program in place will serve the senior community in Northfield Township by providing a sense of safety, and fellowship and ensuring their overall well-being.
